Guide for task one of Euroexam

1  – answer in 2-3 sentences

  • school, workplace, job, learning english, hobby etc.

2 – answer in 3-5 sentences (answer – why – personal experience, it is ok to say – “I’ve never thought about that before, sorry”)

  • hobby, media, sport, lifestyle,

(hobbik, média, sport, életmód, stb. életmódodról, pihenési, étkezési vagy szabadidő eltöltési szokásaidról, médiafogyasztásod, olvasási szokásaid jellegzetességeiről,

Saját életedről, iskolai- vagy munkakörülményeidről, lakhatásodról, családodról legyen egy-egy kész mondatod, pl. hogyan mondják az iskolád/munkahelyed nevét angolul, milyen felelősségi kört látsz el a munkádban, miért szereted/nem szereted az iskoládat, munkahelyedet, milyen típusú lakásban/házban laksz, pl. családi ház, ikerház, lakótelepi lakás, és mit gondolsz erről a környezetről. • A témákra vonatkozó kérdésekre úgy tudsz ráhangolódni, rákészülni, hogy bármilyen olvasott vagy hallott hírre, információra vagy saját cselekedetedre megfogalmazod a reakciódat, véleményedet magadban angolul vagy németül, a vizsgán is elvárt 1-2 mondatban (pl. “Ma nem sok testmozgásban volt részem, ennél egészségesebben is élhetnék”. vagy “Elegem van a celebes vetélkedőkből, amiknek köze sincs a hétköznapokhoz.”).

How long have you lived there?
Do you like that neighborhood?
Do you live in an apartment or house?
Do you have a garden at your home?

Do you live alone or with your family?

“What do you do?”

Which company do you work for?
How long have you had that job?
Do you like your job?
What’s the best / worst thing about your job?
What do you like best / least about your job?
Would you like to change jobs?

“Are you married?”

How long have been married?
Where did you get married?
What does your husband / wife do?
Do you have any children?
How old are your children?

“Where are you from?”

Where is ….?
How long did you live there?
What is XYZ like?
Do you like living here?
How is your country different than here?
Do the people in your country speak English / French / German, etc.?

Hobbies / Free Time

These questions will help you continue conversations and find out more about people’s likes and dislikes.

What kind of films / food / vacations do you enjoy?
What do you do on weekends / Saturdays?
